Photographer's Note
So, after almost EVERY critique related to the "tree stucking into the frame", I have quickly cropped the picture and posting it again (and yes, Henk "Floydian", it is indeed better like this...)
:)
--------Original Note---------
From the far north of Chile, I am moving back to the far south - Torres del Paine National Park.
Taken a short time after our arrival to the park's entrance - We had some time to kill before the transit came to pick us to the starting point of the famous "W circuit", so I walked beside the park's ranger cabin and took a shot of the logs with the Torres in the BG while the weather was still good (it didnt last long, though). See my note in the travelouge. Wish ya a good trek!

Hi Chen,
I'd seen the original without having time to leave a comment and, yes, I'd made a mental note to tell you about the tree sticking into the frame! :o)
This time is perfect with this beautiful sky above the far away mountains and the pile of logs making a nice warm-coloured subject in the foreground.
Have a nice day.

Hi Chen,
Yes...much better ;-)
Now my eye is leading me from the grass, wood, mountains directly to the beautiful blue sky.
Thanks for posting this..!!

Hi Chen
Yes it is better without the tree. As I mentionned before
"Excellent composition with the layers of grass, grees, fascinating mountains and sky. The details are all so sharp."

Hi Chen - this is a really nice one - the recipe of fore - mid - distant elements (the sky being the distant one here) - works really so well - both in form and the colour contrasts - there is so much of interest in all parts of the image - a really nice sharp landscape.
best wishes kev

Hi Chen,
The formation of the logs resemble the mountains at the back ground. A very neat and interesting composition. TFS!
