Verona is an ancient town and province in the Veneto, Northern Italy. The ancient town, and the centre of the modern city, are in a loop of the Adige River near Lake Garda.
Verona was the birthplace of Catullus, and the town that Julius Caesar selected for his relaxing stays.

Verona was in the travel diaries of Goethe, Stendhal and Paul Valéry.

Verona is the setting of the story of Romeo and Juliet, made famous by William Shakespeare.

Hi Rezarta. Both of us seemed to have taken a longish break from TE. I have come back from my trip to the Balkans and am posting again. Visiting your gallery, I found this shot. I do like the different planes/levels and how you managed to capture both the darkened and lit areas well. I will do a little workshop to try to minimize the overpowering dark shadow, that is,once my son frees the better computer. Hope you don't mind. All the best. Klaudio.
