Photographer's Note

In the tiny but beautiful island of Leros, in Dodekanisos, you'll find one of the best fishtaverns of Greece called "Mylos" (means windmill, because it is built right beside a traditional windmill located in the sea (!)- maybe some other time I 'll upload another take including the windmill). The fish and the seafood in general is as fresh as it can get, the owner and great cook offers a new specialty each and everyday, and you also get rewarded with a nice view of the island's "capital", Agia Marina and the castle of the island , called "Kastro tis Panagias" (means castle of Virgin Mary, because of a beautiful church in the interior and a "thaumaturge" icon).
