Photographer's Note
Well, something different today...
This is my favourite pizza place in Varna, where one can have a cup of nice Italian coffee, apart of the nice pizza too.
It is situated in a restored old house with a typical architecture of the first 20-30 years of 20-th century, that is prevailing in Varna. There are big trees in front of the house and unfortunately I can not fix a good overall view of it.
On the walls of the second floor one can see the signatures of various famous visitors, who wrote their names and a few words of gratitude for the nice food.
Its unofficial name is "the Italian pizzeria" - we call it this way among us. And what is more: we call it "the Italian pizzeria near the Russian school"...:-)
because...
In a very close neighbourhood is the Russian school. When it was established the teachers were almost all from USSR and they were really good by the way. In the near past it was one of the most prestigeous schools in Varna where kids at age of 6-7 had to pass through an interview and exam for IQ..:-)
Some good ammount of years ago one of the questions for the exam was:
there are 9 sparrows on a tree branch. If there is a hunter with a rifle, shooting at them once, how many sparrows will be left on that tree? ...:-)))
The school has a very common look though, so I will spare you the view..;-)
PP: clarified and sharpened once, cropped a bit.
I haven't taken shots like this one before, so as always: all comments for improvement are welcomed!

I agree with Daniel, it does like an advert, expecially the kind you see on the web. I think it's the note that makes it intersting, I think tere are more attractive buildings in Varna, but I'd like more details of it's location, I'll take your recommendation next time I'm in Varna. My two favoutite eateries were the Happy Bar and Grill up by the opera house, and something which translates as the Bulgarian Kitchen, down towards the promenade fromt he hotel Charna Gora.

Looks very inviting, Maria, even though I've already had dinner a while ago ;-) Your perspective really drives the view towards the door, in which you got some good detail. I assume that if you tell them about your posting here, your next meal should be on the house ;-)

I like the violin P - and the inviting colours of the wall and door. Surely a place to visit - if I should come around some day :-)
Thanks for sharing this nice view Maria.

This is a very good composition with the stairs leading us to this culinary place, and all the straight, upwards orientated lines! I like the warm colours and the one branch in the top of the pic too. The ensemble is like an invitation to come in. Very nic pic and matching note, Maria.
