Hello Humayun:

I think that you have created a very mysterious image with a few magnificent contrasts of light and reflexes ..... perhaps what I do not like is the spots of the target and the blue tone that you have had left, possibly product of a filter or PP.
I have tried to correct these problems in a WS, hope that it should not matter for you and you should like.

I can understand quite well that you like this shot. It has a special atmosphere with the blue impression. The emptiness of the street gives the feeling of dawn and an ugly wet and cold rainy winter day.

Interesting use of this filter (blue, I suppose) because it enhanced the reflective effect of the wet road, and provided some color to what could have been a dull picture.
