I did a little radial darkening around the entrance, applied a bit of split toning, added a vignette in Camera Raw and then a little dodging and burning and a touch of Orton effect in Photosop.
Much tighter crop to enhance the focus on the woman and get rid of all the things we don´t need for the basic information of the photo, and a bit more light
