Intro: Coming here makes me feel very... humble. What a wealth of lovely pictures ! I love pictures for its many aspects and moods and stories...
A good picture needs a good eye, some technique, and a lot of luck.
I've become used to take my (compact) camera everywhere I go, because the moment you don't... the nicest things happen just in front of you !
