Intro: I have been taking pictures for over 20 years and I am just now truely learning about the art. I must admit that digital photography has been a tremendous help...It is so much easier to throw away all of my mistakes...And cheaper too.

My favorite photographer, and the inspiration for my own B&W work, is Ansel Adams. He was an amazing photographer.

My favorite place to photograph has been in Southern Utah on the Colorado Plateau, though of late I have been spending considerable time in the High Uintas.

I must say that I am truely in awe of the photographs and photographers on this site. There is so much talent here from all around the world. I think this is a great way for each of us to share a little about where we are from and learn about other places. Thank you for sharing it with me and everyone else.
