Orthodox church (the word comes from the Greek; kyriaké - belongs to the Lord, in addition to the ecclesia - the people, the congregation, and later the temple, church) - a building designed for the exercise of worship in the Orthodox or Uniate. The Orthodox and the Uniates believe that it is a place of special presence of God himself.
