This theme contains pictures of some of my favorite running spots.

When I travel I take with me 3 things: my camera, driving license and Mizuno running shoes. Running is the #1 jet-lag killer.

For me it is the best way to get the first real feel of a new environment. All your senses open up and you get everything in. How do people respond if you run by? Eye contact? A nod? A smile?

My first run in a new environment sets the tone.
