Juste après une consulation suivie de distribition de médicaments,ces gamins ouvrent leur boîte de "tylenol", une sorte d'aspirine. Pas vraiement fievreux les gosses ,mais un grand besoin d'attention.

Hi Patrick, a good, gritty portrait, not in any way "prettied up" for the camera. Good earthy colours. Wonderful range of expressions on the kids, it is perfect that only one of them is looking at you. I wonder if you should have cropped a little from the left?

bon scan de cette diapo, 20 en plus ca nous rajeunis pas, belle image pleinde de tendresse et de misére a la fois, ca fait refléchir sur la vie dans ce pays

Excellent portrait of the little kids. But the sweetest is the one in the middle, the youngest one, looking directly at you.

Strong message from this photo. Good capture of the children, well disposed compo, nice shadowless light. There focus on the Tylenol, like it was a box of chocolate is not so good to observe. Interesting photo. tfs

Magnificent picture. It has a sad atmosphere showing the raw reality...
Would it be even better if it was a portret frame, showing the feet of the children? I'm not sure.

Interesting subject here. I wonder how they came to obtain the medicine.

This photograph could be used by an NGO type of firm. Great capture.
