Photographer's Note
A view of Norman Foster's new dome a top the Reichstag in Berlin. The shot was taken at sunset when the internal lights were just coming on. I really liked the combination of the natural ambient light and the hint of internal lights coming on.

I've only ever seen picture taken in the inside of this dome before now. So thanks for posting one that is different.
